All exhaust purifier scrubbers require a large amount of heat to oxidize harmful exhaust pollutants. If the exhaust temperature is too low the scrubber will not work effectively or may not work at all.

CO – 50 ppmv, 8 hour time weighted average
CO₂ – 5000 ppmv, 8 hour time weighted average
HCHO – 0.75 ppmv, 8 hour time weighted average
NO – 25 ppmv, 8 hour time weighted average
NO₂ – 5 ppmv, ceiling value (cannot be exceeded)
SO₂ – 5 ppmv, 8 hour time weighted average
